Description

Have you already implemented Lean Six Sigma practices but are having trouble with sustainment or hardwiring of changes that have been made? I am a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. I can coach either in one-on-one or group sessions on how to change attitudes/cultures. Trained and certified on using the ADKAR methodology that coincides with utilizing Lean Six Sigma practices to make changes happen and make them successful, sustainable, and hardwired. ADKAR Change Management specifically addresses the "people" side of change. This often gets neglected when changes occur. Per Prosci, ADKAR is a simple but powerful model for driving successful change in individuals and organizations. ADKAR supports individuals moving through change and improves organizational outcomes. The Prosci ADKAR® Model is a goal-oriented change management model that guides individual and organizational change. Created by Prosci founder Jeff Hiatt, ADKAR is an acronym that represents the five tangible and concrete outcomes that people need to achieve for lasting change: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement. By outlining the goals and outcomes of successful change, the ADKAR Model is an effective tool for planning change management activities, equipping your leaders facilitating change, and supporting your employees throughout the change.
