Service Description

The Lean Six Sigma White Belt Course is a 2 hour online course led by a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. You will learn the foundations of Lean, Six Sigma, what a process is, what the 8 wastes are, and how to use team based tools to eliminate wastes, errors, inefficiencies, and defects from day-to-day processes.
