Hi there! My name is Tanya Stinson! Pleasure to meet you and welcome to my site! I have over 15 years of experience in completing Lean Six Sigma, Change Management projects. I am very passionate about making positive changes through coaching and mentoring that I know will help others. It all started in 2007 when I was working at a coal mine. Someone mentioned Lean Six Sigma, and I asked what it was. When they told me, I was instantly attracted to the methodology. If I can help by empowering others and organizations to become more successful, safer, and happier by eliminating wastes, errors, defects and inefficiencies, it makes me very happy.
